PRIVATE ROOM CAPACITY
We offer round or rectangle tables to customize our space for your special event. Please inquire about specific table arrangements for the size of your party. We are pleased to work with you on special arrangements through our local vendor partners.*
CUISINE
Our culinary team focuses on creating exciting dishes featuring fresh and local farm-to-table ingredients. We have partnered with several Vermont farmers to feature local flavors that we mix with global influences. We have evolved from our Irish roots, and we incorporate techniques and flavors from country French, Italian and Asian regions. We stay true to our roots with signature flavors like our Sesame Seared Chicken and Horseradish Crusted Cod.
WINES
Simon Pearce Restaurant features an extensive selection of fine wines from around the world. Our list is available for you to view online. The wine list is updated frequently and may change according to season and availability. We recommend that you pre-select wines and inform your Special Events Planner at least 14 days in advance of your event.
CAKES
We have a pastry chef on premises to accommodate simple classic cakes. Cakes are made to order with 72 hours notice. Cost of Simon Pearce cakes is dependent upon size and type of cake requested. You may bring a cake or have one delivered from a licensed vendor. A $5.0 per person, plus 9% state tax and 20% gratuity service charge, will be charged to your final bill.
RETAIL GIFTS / PARTY FAVORS
Complete your Simon Pearce experience by taking home a bottle of our Simon Pearce Reserve Wine or the glassware or pottery on which your meal is served. These items are an ideal choice for favors, centerpieces, or a special gift to remember your event. We are happy to accommodate custom engraved orders and gift wrapping. We also provide wedding and gift registry.
LINENS
Tablecloths are white or champagne linen; our napkins are white linen. Customized linen is available through local vendor partners.*
TABLEWARE
You and your guests will be served with our finest Simon Pearce glassware, pottery and flatware.
FLOWERS
You may work with our favorite florist or ask for our local recommendations. We allow your florist to work with our beautiful vases on site with prior notice at no additional charge. You may select specific vases to use based on inventory available in our Quechee retail store.
COATROOM
A private coatroom is available in the private dining room.
BATHROOM
A private bathroom is available for you and your guests.
OUTDOOR DECK
Our deck overlooking the Ottauquechee River is available seasonally, weather permitting.
CUSTOMIZED PRINTED MENUS
For events fewer than 40 guests we will provide a menu presented to each guest. Please let us know if you wish to personalize the menu with a greeting of your choice.
PLACECARDS
All parties with more than 40 guests are required to provide place cards, which will include each guest’s pre-ordered menu selection in order to assure timely professional service. Our Special Events Planner can produce these cards for a nominal fee.
CHILDREN
Children are always welcome. We do offer a Children's Menu.
