Will I get a discount for a large order?
We do offer discounts on larger orders depending on the item and the quantity needed. Please contact our support team at 888-774-5277 for additional information.
Can a company logo, employee name, or personal message be engraved on the gift/award?
Yes, almost all of our glass and pottery items can be engraved with a logo or message of your choice for a small fee.
Can the engraving be in different colors?
Our engraving process naturally results in a white finish. For an additional fee, we can enhance engraving with a black color upon request.
Can I see what the engraving will look like before processing the order to ensure it is what I want?
Yes, we will request you “approve” a mock-up of the engraving artwork before we engrave your order to ensure it is exactly what you want.
Can the gifts and awards be individually gift boxed?
Yes, each gift/award can be individually gift boxed in our Simon Pearce box with ribbon at no additional cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world with your company’s own shipping account or with our UPS account. International shipping charges vary significantly by country. Please call us at 888-774-5277 for more information.
Can I be invoiced for payment or do I have to pre-pay?
